Social Group begins at 11am, today there will be magazines, adult colouring and games on the tables just to help the chat flow. Or you may like to bring your craft in to show us and do a little while with us. Then Jacqui Good will arrive around 12 for the Seated Exercise to Music to get us all moving - it really helps with our mobility! First session with us is Free followed by just £3 per session after.
