Ignore the picture I don't expect everyone to get on the floor doing sit-ups!
We have our own Personal Trainer Dan Downie joining us. If you can't do the exercises don't let it put you off coming we would still love to see you. This is not a serious exercise program it is just one to quick off the winter blues and give you an idea of what you can do to fit exercise into your daily life.
It might be prudent to wear some loose clothing and trainers if you have, they will be a lot more comfortable for you.
Remember today, and every 3rd Monday, we start at 11am so we can enjoy a nice healthy buffet lunch, fruit and homemade cakes. We look forward to seeing everyone.
