About the Event
ITalk have agreed to come and talk to us this morning. Our Speaker has lots of info to give us on how we should all be looking after our mental health. From chronic health conditions to poor mental health and anxiety and many more. She even suggested that they could come back and do a replica session of what they would do in a group. I hope you are ready to embrace this talk as it could be very useful for all of us.
