I had some good news today one of our clients victory after the Tribunal decided that the DWP Assessment Officer had got it all wrong and overturned their decision. Having got to know this lady I was particularly pleased that she could now stop beating herself up about it. The trouble with a lot of the Assessors they don't listen and know the person and I am sure they don't read all the information we send in to them. If you have put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration please note that most of the Tribunal panel are not dragons, they are just people..a Judge, a doctor and a solicitor...just people.
