Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Tea Party

We enjoyed a beautiful cream tea event organised by member, Sandy Kennett. The best China was laid out with the finest tea and coffee. Cream, scones with jam, lovely sponge cakes with strawberries and the finest sandwiches. We were all dressed to see the Queen in our best clothes. A salute was made and then we tucked in listening to our favourite songs over the past 70years. When Sweet Caroline came on and the hall erupted! God Save the Queen!
