This Monday we spent some of it relaxing with Diane. The lights were put down low, stars twinkled overhead and calming music was played in the background. Then Diane explained how 'imagery' and mindfulness could calm the anxious. Then she talked us through a walk in the woods, tall flowers, trees, a meandering pool and with the moon shining down on us. It took a while for us to come back to the here and now as it was so relaxing. We will enjoy Dianes' relaxation time another day.
