We Are Here!
You will find us at the Henry Cook Centre every Monday morning now. Our members decided they want to stay with the times of our events. We are here most Monday mornings from 10:30 to 12:30 excepting the 3rd Monday of the month when we have our Social Lunch we are then here from 11am to 1pm. I hope this isn't too confusing for anyone but this is to allow the lunch group to run over lunch-time, a decision made by our members.
Bring your own crafts, play cards or just enjoy each others company!
Most monthly meetings we arrange for another group or someone to come to talk to us or some other entertainment.
Great news! While the hall has been shut because of the covid19 outbreak, the hall has been undergoing disabled adaptions. You will now see a nice ramp at the front on South Street and a new disabled toilet block has been built on the rear of the building. Making it so much more accessible for many. Funds for this were provided by the Gosport Voluntary Centre Lottery Fund.
As from January 6th 2020 we moved all of our services to The Henry Cook Centre (Waterside Church) Our support services, our Weekly Craft, Knit & Natter and our monthly Social Lunches (on the 3rd Monday of the month 11am to 1pm) in this fabulous newly decorated building. The smartly equipped centre has tables and chairs to do craft work on, a lounge area, separate office for one-to-one support and a fully fitted kitchen and 2 toilets which is soon to include an all-inclusive toilet room. If you want to see for yourself look on their website: -
