We meet every week on Mondays just pop into see us. Enjoying each others company while learning or creating something new. One way of helping you to enjoy life is by joining in our 'movement to music with Jacqui' .  Jacqui has devised exercises aimed at getting you up those stairs, out of the sofa.. and on and off the toilet, something we all need to be able to do.  Occassionally, we have speakers and activities brought in by other organisations such as Charlie Reilly Arts, Hampshire Army Museum and ASDA. Once a month we bring in a buffet lunch for all to share. Our member, Sandy Kennett, has been bringing in a lovely selection of cold meats, quiches and sandwiches for us to enjoy.  Come on, get out of your chair and make some new friends at CHAT2Us.

Today, we have Elizabeth Humphries, charity fundraiser, coming to talk to us about the events she has done and is planning, to raise money to put Defribillators into our schools. In the past she has fundraised for the Brain Tumour support charity. We will also be seeing Jacqui for another session of 'movement to music'.
